Merchant Account Application

In order for us to consider you for a merchant account, please fill in our application form to the best of your ability. This is a pre-application and will enable your request to be reviewed. On approval of your pre-application you will be contacted by one of our professional consultants to discuss how to proceed with your merchant account application.

Important note: All fields of the application form must be filled. In case you do not know how to fill in a certain field or you do not want to provide information or you consider that the field is not applicable for you, please insert “Non applicable”. Unless all fields are completed, you will not be able to submit the form online.

The fee for setting up a Merchant account by DeltaQuest is between EUR750 and EUR1500, depending on the company’s activities, jurisdiction and the amount of work involved. An initial deposit of EUR500 will be required, after we obtain pre approval at the first stage. The deposit will be refunded less any charges and costs if we are not able to secure the account.

Payments made to us via credit card are protected by Visa and MasterCard for up to 120 days. To find out more about the buyer’s protection on your credit card, please contact your credit card issuing bank. Payments made to us via PayPal are protected up to 45 days after the date of payment.
