B2C – Business to Customer
B2C is also known as business-to-customer. B2C is the business related activity of companies producing services or products to their end customer. B2C operating businesses are typically retail type companies who sell their products or services directly to their customers without the need of a 3rd party or middle man to handle the transaction.
