ASP – Application Service Provider
An Application Service Provider (ASP) is an organization or business that supplies remote access over the internet to a software application. The organization is able to host the software, and thier clients will be able to pay to use the software through a private connection. An Application Service Provider is also referred to as a ‘commercial service provider’.
